Reporting for Clean Air Partners
Each year, Partners report their emission reduction successes to the Clean Air Partners Program via a private, user-friendly Reporting Website. Once Partners submit their annual reduction data to this site, it will calculate the Partner’s annual emissions reduced automatically, while also archiving all submitted data permanently.
Partners are required to submit their annual emission reduction data for the previous calendar year by August 31st.
The official Annual CAPP Reporting Period is from July 1st to August 31st.
Outside the Annual Reporting Period, Partners can also:
- Enter annual reporting data prior to Reporting Period any time after December 31st of last year.
- Update or re-establish their emissions baseline (with Program Manager approval
To enter/edit reporting data outside the annual reporting period, Partners must follow the following instructions:
- Request your Partner username and password to log into the site from the Program Manager (if you don’t already have them).
- Please acquire approval from the PM for any updates you wish to make by providing a brief summary and justification for them (via email for PM records).
- Please notify the PM after you have submitted your updates, so that they can be confirmed as creditable and accurate submittal(s).
